The fitness assessment is arguably the most important part of any successful fitness program. In order to plan a systematic progressive overload program, a baseline measurement of aerobic fitness, joint mobility and flexibility, and strength is absolutely critical to your success. You simply cannot measure how far you've come if you don't know where you started.
Our clients are screened through a functional range assessment, determining passive and active ranges of motion, and a screening to evaluate movement pattern efficiency. A VO2 test, establishing a baseline of your ability to use and expel oxygen effectively. A resting energy expenditure and resting metabolic rate test, this allows us to determine your daily caloric needs and plan accordingly. Finally our clients undergo a strength test, being put through a series of drills designed to elicit failure at threshold.

Through this program you will progress in other aspects of your life in ways that you never imagined. Periodically reassessments are what allow us to make corrections and adjustments. It allows us to track your progress, see where we have improved, and identify areas that need further attention. Rinse and repeat.
