Personal Program Design
"Fail to plan, plan to fail." It's an expression that's been around a while, and for good reason. If you're fitness plan is still 'back and bi's / chest and tri's,' it's time for an upgrade, welcome to the 21st Century. Sure, there are plenty of cookie cutter routines abound on the internet from magazines and other fitness professionals, myself included (and some whose credentials may be a little dubious to the informed consumer), but those programs don't take into consideration your personal limitations, imbalances, asymmetries, injury propensity, and available equipment.
Ideally, fitness programming is very personalized. We base our programs off client consultations, movement screenings, VO2 testing when applicable, and strength measurements. Without establishing baselines you'll never know how far you've progressed. You can't know how far you've come without knowing where you started. Progressive overload is the single most important variable in fitness programming, and that's impossible to implement in the absence of context.
Our programs get results. Even remote clients not based in NYC can undergo assessments and have a program personally crafted for you. Dump the cookie cutter routines from apps and magazines, start with a real adaptive training plan made specifically for you.
